Transaction and subscription data: product identifier, application marketplace, App Account Token or equivalent identifier where supported, original transaction or order identifier, purchase and renewal dates, expiry date, entitlement status, cancellation status, refund status, payment-failure status, and restore history. Location data: approximate or precise location when you grant permission. Precise or background location is collected only where the relevant feature requires it, the operating system permits it, and you have granted the required permission. You may change permissions in device settings.
Camera and gallery data: only when you choose to upload or capture content and grant permission.
Communications: information you provide when contacting support, participating in promotions, surveys, or events.
Third-party login data: information provided by Facebook, LINE, Google, Apple, or another login provider according to your settings and that provider’s rules.
3.1 Create, authenticate, secure, and maintain Accounts.
3.2 Provide queue, booking, location, notification, customer-support, and transaction functions.
3.3 Verify, activate, renew, restore, cancel, refund, suspend, or terminate Premium Subscription access.
3.4 Remove eligible banner advertisements and determine eligibility for expanded restaurant search and booking range.
3.5 Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms.
3.6 Analyze performance, crashes, usage trends, and product effectiveness, and improve or develop Services.
3.7 Send service messages and, subject to your preferences and applicable law, marketing communications.
3.8 Comply with legal obligations, enforce rights, resolve disputes, and maintain required records.
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process Personal Data to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, or based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
Merchants and locations: information needed to provide and display your queue or booking status, including your display name, queue number, and—where enabled—profile picture.
Application marketplaces and payment or verification providers: transaction and subscription information needed to process purchases, verify entitlement, manage renewals and cancellations, restore access, prevent fraud, and handle refunds or billing disputes.
Service providers: hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, customer support, analytics, crash reporting, security, fraud prevention, advertising, and marketing providers.
Analytics and SDK providers: we may use third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, crash-reporting, and performance SDKs. These providers may process device, usage, diagnostic, advertising-identifier, and approximate-location data according to our instructions and their own privacy terms.
Corporate transactions: a buyer, investor, adviser, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of assets.
Legal and safety disclosures: authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent harm.
With consent or at your request: other parties where you instruct or authorize us to share information.
Your queue number and display name may appear on queue displays at the relevant merchant location. If enabled, your profile picture may also be shown. You may change your display name or picture and, where the Application provides the option, replace your public profile picture with a default character.
We may use device, usage, behavioral, and approximate-location data to measure and personalize advertising, subject to your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. While Premium is active, eligible QueQ banner ads are suppressed. This does not itself delete Personal Data or stop processing required for account, security, analytics, or legal purposes.
Personal Data may be processed in Thailand, Singapore, Japan, the United States, or other jurisdictions where QueQ or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and as required or permitted by law. Subscription and transaction records may be retained after cancellation or Account deletion for tax, accounting, entitlement restoration, fraud prevention, security, audit, chargeback, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes. Retention periods vary by data category, legal requirement, and technical system.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We may suspend access where necessary to investigate or contain a security incident.
You may update Account information in the Application.
You may control camera, gallery, location, notification, tracking, and advertising permissions through the Application or device settings.
You may opt out of marketing communications using the methods provided in those communications.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where provided by applicable law.
You may manage or cancel Premium through the Application Marketplace. Uninstalling QueQ or deleting your QueQ Account does not cancel Premium.
To request deletion or recovery, email info@queq.me with the subject “User Data Deletion” or “User Data Recovery” and include your login method and username or email address. We may request identity verification. Account deletion does not cancel a Premium Subscription; you must cancel it separately through the relevant Application Marketplace.
Users who are under the age or legal capacity required by applicable law must use the Services only with the consent and supervision legally required from a parent, guardian, curator, or other authorized person. We may restrict or terminate Accounts that do not meet these requirements.
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, security, or business changes. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect unless immediate action is required by law or security needs.
Questions, requests, or complaints may be sent to info@queq.me or mailed to the address in Clause 1.
